I’m David Rosenthal. For over 27 years, I have dedicated my career exclusively to fighting for clients to recover damages for the human and economic losses that occur after traumatic injuries are caused by someone else’s carelessness, inattention, recklessness, or malicious intent in Sacramento, Roseville, and other surrounding areas. I have handled thousands of personal injury cases in Roseville, simple and complex, including car accidents, big rig truck accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, boating accidents, defective vehicles and other defective products, dangerous conditions on property, dog bites, and other types of negligence. Many cases have been successfully resolved only after long, drawn-out battles in litigation or jury trials defended by insurance companies, corporations, government agencies, or other defendants.
As a Roseville car accident lawyer, my interest in helping individuals versus powerful opposition started in college when I studied the development of individual rights in constitutional law. In the era of civil rights, the Supreme Court of the United States issued many decisions that granted rights to the little guy over corporations or the government. It was a time when the scales of justice tilted in favor of the underdog. It reaffirmed that each person has valuable rights and that our justice system provides a method of redressing wrongs.
My goal is to get justice for every client in every case, no matter if you are a victim of a brain injury or have lost a loved one to wrongful death in Roseville. For me, the formula for success in representing each client includes getting to know the client on a personal level, having empathy for their loss, and having the determination to do whatever it takes from a legal standpoint to get true justice.
Over the years, I have continued to improve my litigation skills through practice and educating myself on cutting-edge litigation theories and techniques. I have stayed active and given presentations in trial lawyer organizations like Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association (CCTLA), and the American Association of Justice (AAJ). I served as president for the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association in 2022, the professional association for plaintiff trial attorneys in the Sacramento region.
I’m rated 10/10 by AVVO and “AV Preeminent” by Martindale Hubbell, the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards. I’m also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
