1 person hurt, 2 killed in a vehicle accident in California
No one ever plans to be involved in a fatal accident; however, they occur on California roadways every single day. Two individuals were recently killed in a vehicle accident as a result of a horrific crash that occurred in eastern Riverside County. According to state troopers, the accident happened when the driver lost control of the car and it smashed into a tree.
According to the Highway Patrol, the car contained three individuals at the time of the crash: the driver and two passengers. The driver was critically injured as a result of the accident. The two passengers tragically lost their lives due to the injuries they suffered.
Following the incident, investigators remained on scene in order to wait for a coroner. At this time, authorities have not yet speculated as to the cause of the accident, nor have they said why the driver may have lost control of the vehicle and collided with the tree. All that appears immediately clear is that this event is tragic and the loss of life will surely affect the community, relatives of those who died and anyone else who may have known the people in the incident.
As with any incident in which a California resident is killed in a vehicle accident, surviving relatives of the men who died may have the right to pursue a wrongful death lawsuit in a civil court. Such a lawsuit can provide the family members of victims a certain level of closure in the incident.
